I started aroadtomoneyfaraway.com because, let’s be honest—financial freedom often feels exactly like that: far away. I’m a regular person on a mission to figure out how to bridge that gap, and I decided to document the whole “endeavor” right here.
I am from South Korea and will be writing about my journey in Korea and share how to save or make money living in South Korea.
What am I doing here?
This blog is my personal notebook for everything related to building a better life. Sometimes that’s about:
- Side Hustles: Testing what actually makes money (and what’s a total waste of time).
- Saving Habits: How to stop my bank account from leaking cash.
- The “Money Mindset”: Trying to stay motivated when the goal feels miles away.
- Diary: Write anything that pops up in my mind.
It’s Not Always About the Money
While the name says “Money,” life is about more than just digits in a bank account.
Sometimes I’ll write about things that have nothing to do with finance—like a book I’m reading, a new hobby I’m trying, or just some random thoughts on life. I believe that being “wealthy” also means having the time and freedom to enjoy the little things.
